Connemara West Community Survey – 2022

To mark its 50^th Anniversary, Connemara West is currently developing a new Strategic Plan. As part of the process, we would like to hear the views of the community, our service users and shareholders by way of this household survey questionnaire.  It should only take about 10 minutes to complete this questionnaire.  Your responses are completely anonymous and confidential.  The questionnaires will be analysed by external advisers who are assisting Connemara West in its work.
